The Overseer should be a mason by trade; he should be not more than 30 years of age and tact in the management of men. He should be offered a salary of $1,200 per annum and $144 travelling allowance.
Exchange Compensation should be given in both cases if they are placed on the permanent staff on the termination of agreements.
